Car Camera Recorder is a tool designed for recording videos on your device, complemented by additional overlay information such as:

• speed and GPS location (requires GPS hardware),
• timestamp including date and time.

The application is straightforward to operate, offering a limited set of customization options. Its live preview feature ensures that the video being recorded faithfully reflects what is displayed on the screen, with the exception of the 'i' button and the settings overlay.

Recorded videos are saved to the device's Documents directory, accessible via iTunes under the App File Sharing section, from where they can be downloaded or exported to the camera roll for direct viewing. The app supports video recording resolutions ranging from 640x480 pixels (compatible with iPhone 3GS) up to full HD (available on iPhone 5 and newer models).

Additionally, it features an integrated UserVoice platform that allows users to submit ideas for new features and rate suggestions contributed by others. Highest-rated proposals are considered for implementation in future updates.
